Eloise Nichols

Eloise Nichols is an all day cafe dishing up modern spins on Southern classics in the River Oaks shopping district in Houston.

I helped design various menus from happy hour to an all-day menu. Every month, Eloise Nichols, hosted a “Midlane Mixer” where I worked with bar managers and liquor vendors to feature a drink
of the month.
